TouchPoint Promotions is an end-to-end promotional marketing company that specializes in efficient processing of rebates and premiums. Our goal is to provide our clients with solutions that will empower their promotional programs to have the most success.

Company History
In 2001, the founders of TouchPoint Promotions experienced and recognized a rebate process that was less than ideal. After reviewing the industry and identifying some key opportunities, TouchPoint Promotions was established. The whole essence of TouchPoint Promotions was to create a customer-centric rebate fulfillment company that enhanced the experience between the customer and the brand. Ultimately, maximizing the "touchpoint" with the customer and thereby encouraging repeat business. In 2003, Lars Christensen became the sole owner of TouchPoint Promotions. Under his direction, TouchPointPromotions has evolved into one of the premier marketing services companies of its kind. TouchPoint Promotions is one of the industry¹s largest processors of paperless rebate submissions. TouchPoint Promotions is renowned for their stellar customer service with many top retailers and manufacturers in their industry. Utilizing the "tried and true" approach of treating customers the way that one would like to be treated has been a key ingredient as to why TouchPoint Promotions has been a phenomenal success. TouchPoint Promotions is headquartered in Mesa, Arizona (largest suburb of Phoenix) with offices in Denver, Colorado as well as in Canada (Windsor, Ontario).
Our Team
Lars Christensen, president and owner
Lars Christensen founded TouchPoint Promotions with the goal of creating a truly customer-centric, first-class promotion company. Nearly a decade later, TouchPoint has distinguished itself as one of the country's premier promotional fulfillment companies, boasting an impeccable customer service record and an enviable client roster.
Prior to establishing TouchPoint, Lars worked in Marketing at Qwest Communications, where he was responsible for the company's high speed DSL internet service, among other products and services. Other experience includes a stellar career in marketing and sales with PepsiCo, where he had the opportunity to hone his business, marketing and communications skills under the mentorship of some talented marketing executives. Both of these career opportunities helped Lars shape his vision and business philosophies at TouchPoint, which are founded on the principles of superb quality, personalized service, and the ability to exceed customers' expectations.
A native of Arizona, Lars attended Arizona State University and the University of Phoenix, and has a degree in Marketing. He and his wife have four children, and enjoy hiking, camping and attending local sporting events.
Our Team
Won Yi, executive vice president
As executive vice president, Won Yi helps to oversee all of TouchPoint Promotions’ many sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to joining the company, he served as sales and marketing manager with Prudential Cleanroom Services, a division of Prudential Overall Supply, where he was responsible for operations throughout the Colorado and Utah regions. Previous experience also includes positions as market manager for Johnson Diversey, a division of SC Johnson, where he oversaw marketing and sales in Colorado and Nebraska; and vice president of Sunshine Building Maintenance, Inc., where he was responsible for operations, sales and marketing throughout Colorado.
Won Yi is a graduate of Arizona State University with bachelor of arts degrees in Psychology and Sociology. He and his wife have two children.

Chris Sears, vice president of sales
Chris Sears joined TouchPoint in 2008 as vice president of sales, where he is responsible for new business development, client services and corporate growth. Prior to joining the company, Chris spent 15 successful years in executive sales and marketing roles with a Fortune 500 computer distributor, a cutting-edge sporting goods manufacturer, and one of the country’s largest licensed sports product distributors. His many years of experience working with large manufacturers and big box retailers has helped to shape TouchPoint’s expertise in new product development and customized client programs.
Chris is a graduate of Arizona State University.
